Slitherine is a fast growing company and won the MCV Indie Publisher of the year awards in 2021. Slitherine has a catalog of over 300 titles for all formats and work on games from small indie titles up to #1 selling multi format big branded products. Some of Slitherine’s licensing partners include Universal Studios for Battlestar Galactica, MGM for Stargate, Sony for Starship Troopers, Skydance for Terminator and Games Workshop for Warhammer 40,000. Slitherine also supports NATO and its allies with its wargaming software for training and analysis purposes.

We are looking for a technical artist to join our team to work on a key project: Stargate: Timekeepers, initially and then future projects. Stargate is a real-time tactics game, which is based on the popular film and television franchise. Our office is located in Warsaw's Wola district. We are looking for individuals willing to join our specialist team in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out optimisation processes.

• Suggesting and implementing technical solutions and tools in the project.

• Implementation of VFX in the game engine (Unity)

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience as a Technical Artist.

• Knowledge of technical aspects of games with a focus on optimisation.

• Very good knowledge of the Unity engine.

• Experience with Blender and Substance software.

• Knowledge of topology and optimisation of 3D assets.

• Knowledge of shaders/particles/post-processing.

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Salary: Based on experience - Gross 11300 zł - 12500 zł (Estimated net 8000 zł - 10000 zł, will vary based on personal circumstances and tax liabilities)
