This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the most exciting development projects in the commercial and professional space. We are seeking a databse research and wargaming assistant to support and and enhance our databse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update simulation databases in coordination with the development team.
- Conduct independent research and implement new or revised equipment data for scheduled releases.
- Contribute to wargaming-related projects, including expansions and scenario development.
- Support professional exercises through simulation operations (“puckstering”)—translating player decisions into adjudicated outcomes and maintaining scenario flow.
- Provide ancillary technical or research support to professional clients, which may include occasional domestic and international travel.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest or background in military history, defense systems, wargaming & simulation.
- Experience with database tools (e.g., Microsoft Access, SQLite) preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional, and international environment.

- Full-time, fully remote position, but can be based at one of our physcial locations if desired.

- Competitive salalry based on experience
- Junior: $30k-$40k
- Experienced $40-$70k
- Senior $70k+
