Producer, Strategy Games

Posted: Jul 01, 2026

We are looking for a Producer who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the strategy games of the future.

This is a position for someone who enjoys being close to the creative process and who can help turn ideas into clear, achievable plans.

You will work directly with Executive Producers to support the overall vision of each project, and you will also help develop the skills of Assistant Producers as they grow into the role.

You will be involved across a varied portfolio of titles, keeping teams aligned, removing obstacles, and helping each project maintain momentum. If you enjoy taking ownership, communicating clearly, and contributing to the creative direction of games, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

What you will do

  • Guide projects from early concept through launch and post release support.
  • Maintain development roadmaps and ensure that teams and stakeholders stay aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, art, QA, marketing, and other groups to define scope and build realistic schedules.
  • Identify risks early and help teams resolve issues before they affect delivery.
  • Keep communication flowing between internal teams, external studios, and third party partners.
  • Prepare and deliver progress updates for leadership and commercial teams.
  • Support Executive Producers by translating high level goals into practical plans and day to day actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to Assistant Producers as they develop their skills.
  • Take part in creative discussions and help shape the direction of each game, ensuring that production decisions support the design vision and the experience we want players to have.

What you will bring

  • Professional experience in a production role within the games industry.
  • A collaborative and approachable working style that helps teams stay focused and motivated.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with familiarity in modern development methodologies.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to take initiative when needed.
  • The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
  • A deep interest in games, especially strategy titles, and an understanding of what makes them engaging.
  • Curiosity about military history and historical themes, and the ability to use that knowledge to inform creative decisions.
  • A strong grasp of the strategy games market and current trends.
  • Experience in UI or UX design is an advantage but not essential.
